Amrita begins the episode by informing Ria that she is unable to adequately convey how difficult their time in New York was. They were alone. In a flashback, Amrita promises the doctor that she would sign the paperwork and complete all necessary steps for the treatment of Maan and Astha. Flashback is over. Amrita reveals to Ria that Dilpreet was Maan's first name after regaining consciousness. But Dilpreet cursed her father, the woman claims. Ria at least has her family, according to Amrita, but Dilpreet refused to recognise them as his family. Ria queries Amrita about her mother's nationality. Astha is only Indian, according to Amrita. Adi is given an assignment by Amrita, who asks him to insert some documents between Maan's official papers. On them, she requires his signature. Adi claims he is afraid to take that action because Maan won't spare him. Amrita claims that she intends to keep her commitment to her younger sister. Adi ultimately chooses to complete her assignment. Amrita declares that she will keep the promise she made to Ria. Amrita thanks Maan for consistently giving her happiness and comfort.
